APL SAT Digital is a premium digital marketplace specializing in:

Scripts & Tools: PHP Scripts, WHMCS Themes & Plugins, and AI-generated templates/tools.
Software & Media: Video Editor Software, Microsoft Windows License Keys, Graphics, and Stock Photos.
2. Digital Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your download(s) via your account dashboard or the email address provided at checkout. No physical goods will be shipped.
3. Strict “No Refund” Policy
Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, APL SAT Digital does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.
All Sales are Final: Once a download link has been generated or a software key (e.g., Microsoft Windows) has been revealed, the transaction is considered complete.
Intangible Nature: Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be “returned.” By purchasing, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a refund.
Pre-Purchase Responsibility: It is your responsibility to verify compatibility, system requirements, and software versions before completing a purchase.
4. Licensing & Usage
GPL & Commercial Licenses: Many WordPress and CMS items are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). We provide the files for use; however, automatic updates and official developer support may require an original license key from the developer.
Software Keys: Microsoft Windows keys and certain software licenses are valid for a specific number of activations as described in the product page.
AI Generated Tools: Products generated via AI are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee that AI-generated logic will be error-free or fit for every specific use case.
Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or lease any of our products on other marketplaces or “nulled” forums.
5. Technical Support & Warranty
“As-Is” Basis: All products are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We do not guarantee that products will function perfectly with all third-party plugins or hosting environments.
Limited Support: We provide support for installation and basic functionality errors. We do not provide free customization services or fix issues caused by user-side modifications.
6. Anti-Fraud & Account Security
To protect our digital vault, APL SAT Digital employs advanced monitoring:
Fraud Detection: We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order for manual verification if fraud is suspected.
Account Sharing: Sharing your account or download links with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account ban without a refund.
Chargebacks: Any customer who initiates a PayPal or Credit Card chargeback for a delivered digital product will be permanently blacklisted from our platform and all associated licenses will be revoked.
7. Limitation of Liability
APL SAT Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of data, website downtime, or profit loss) resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
