At APL SAT Digital, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. However, because our products are digital assets delivered via instant download or license key activation, we maintain a strict policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. No Refund Policy (All Sales are Final)
By purchasing from APL SAT Digital, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any of our products, including but not limited to:
Web Assets: WordPress/WooCommerce Themes & Plugins, Elementor Templates, Shopify Themes, HTML/CMS Themes, and Jamstack Templates.
Scripts & Tools: PHP Scripts, WHMCS Themes & Plugins, and AI-generated tools.
Software: Video Editing Software and Microsoft Windows License Keys.
Creative Assets: UI Templates, Graphics, Marketing Templates, and Stock Photos.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Digital products are different from physical goods. Once a file is downloaded or a software key is revealed:
It cannot be “returned” or “wiped” from your computer or server.
You retain permanent access to the source code, design, or license.
There is no way for us to revoke the knowledge or the copy of the file you have received.
3. Pre-Purchase Responsibility
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the product meets their needs before purchasing. We strongly recommend that you:
Read the product description and features thoroughly.
Check the System Requirements (e.g., PHP version, WordPress version, or Windows compatibility).
Review any available live demos or screenshots.
Ensure you have the technical knowledge required to install and use the product (especially for PHP scripts, WHMCS, and Jamstack).
4. Technical Issues & Support
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your success.
Defective Files: If a download file is corrupted or a link is broken, contact our support team immediately. We will provide a working replacement file.
Compatibility: We do not offer refunds for incompatibility with third-party plugins, themes, or specific hosting environments.
License Keys: For Microsoft Windows or CMS license keys, if a key is proven to be invalid at the time of purchase, we will provide a replacement key after verification by our technical team.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of the APL SAT Digital management if, and only if:
The product was never downloaded (verified by our server logs).
The product is fundamentally broken and our technical team cannot fix it within 10 business days.
Note: A “change of mind,” “finding a better price,” or “lack of technical skill” does not qualify for an exception.
6. Unauthorized Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute via PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank without first contacting our support team is a violation of these terms.
Result: Your account will be immediately terminated, all your licenses will be revoked, and you will be permanently blacklisted from making future purchases on APL SAT Digital.

Pro-Tips for Your Store:
The “I Agree” Checkbox: On your checkout page, you must have a checkbox that says: “I understand that due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.” This is your best defense if a customer opens a dispute with a bank.
Server Logs: Keep logs of every time a user clicks “Download.” If a user asks for a refund saying they “never got it,” you can show the bank the log proving they downloaded it.
